We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided, so please make sure your shipping details are correct.

Standard-size filters in unused condition may be returned as agreed with us in advance. Custom-size filters are made to order and are generally not returnable unless defective.

For custom sizes, you are responsible for providing accurate dimensions and specifications. We will confirm the details with you before production. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
